Grilled boneless skinless chicken breast, sautéed mushrooms, scallions, wine cream, tomato & herbs stacked on garlic roasted mashed potatoes, tumbleweed onions
CAESAR SALAD with BLACKENED SALMON:
Crisp romaine lettuce, Caesar dressing, croutons, with blackened fresh Atlantic salmon
YANKEE POT ROAST:
Open face braised sirloin, root vegetables, mashed potatoes & pan gravy.
